Where do you plan events?

We are located in Phoenix, AZ and that is our main location.  However, we can plan events and meetings anywhere.  Planning from a remote location is no problem.  If your event is outside Phoenix, we can travel to your location to be present on the event date (for an additional fee).

How do you charge?

Our fees are either a flat package price or hourly, depending on the scope of the project.  Fees will be quoted up front and confirmed in a written contract so there are no surprises.

Do you plan other types of events not specifically listed on the site?

Yes of course.  Please just contact us with details of what you're looking for.  We also offer consulting services related to event or meeting planning projects.

Do you offer training for people who want to become event planners?
